When and how can I reach your support team?

Our standard support hours are 9am to 6pm (Eastern), Monday through Friday. We do our best to respond as quickly as possible to all support tickets. If, however, tickets come in outside of regular business hours, we will most likely respond the following business day. If we see that it is a critical issue (like your search being down), we ill respond as soon as we see it, no matter what time or day.

If you call and we do not pick up for some reason, please leave a voicemail. All voicemails create a support ticket and will receive a response.
