This dashboard is where you will control all things Showcase for your site: from lead interactions and routing to managing your hotsheets and search recommendations, the agent admin is your one-stop source for managing your Showcase plugin.
Let's take a look at the different aspects of the Agent Dashboard:
This is the first screen that greets you upon loading up your agent dashboard. This screen gives you an overview of the websites attached to your account. This tab also gives you the ability to add a new website to your plan. (New websites will need to be approved by Support. Just let us know you'd like to add a website and we'll let you know the next steps!) Simply click the NAME of the website you want to manage to go to the site-specific dashboard.
The Billing tab contains all of the information about your current subscription. Some things you can do on this page include updating your credit card, see which plan you're subscribed to, upgrade to Premium (you can only upgrade from here, not downgrade), and download a receipt of payment. If you encounter any issues with your billing, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for immediate assistance, or use the INTERCOM chat in the bottom left of your dashboard. Chat is available during business hours from 9 am - 5 pm EST.
The Users tab is where you will set up your team and the users who will have access to the site dashboard. Showcase allows you up to 5 total members for free (on the premium plan), with additional users available starting at $4/month per user.
It's important to know that you MUST have a user for them to get lead routing information directly from the system. If you use a 3rd party application, you don't need to worry about this roster, but if you plan on using Showcase IDX's integrated lead routing, you will need an independent user for each team member who will be receiving lead info.
Each user has 1 of 2 permissions: member or admin. If the admin box is checked, that user will have access to the ENTIRE site dashboard and all leads, regardless of who they are assigned to. They will also have access to adjust any of the IDX settings and searches. If this box is left unchecked, that user will only have access to leads assigned to them, and can only see saved searches they created as well as and messages.
From this screen, you can also update passwords, set admin status, delete users and update e-mails, office IDs, and agent IDs.
NOTE ON OFFICE AND AGENT IDS
Showcase IDX only supports 1 Agent ID and 1 Office ID per user per MLS. If you are a team leader encompassing multiple offices or will be representing multiple agents, you will need to have a unique e-mail for each user (even if those e-mails are junk) and attach an agent ID and office ID to each user from there. This is important if you wish to create agent or office hotsheets. (See how to create these types of hotsheets here!)
Showcase IDX offers several deep integrations as part of our premium platform. All customers have access to Zapier integration, even on the Essentials plan! There are easy access quick links for some apps on Zapier, but you can use this link to our integration page if you don't see the one you're looking for in admin.
