All account cancelations must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our support team will respond with a request for feedback and reason for cancelation. You will receive a confirmation that your account has been canceled and that you will not be billed further. If you try and cancel any other way like calling us, we will just tell you to email us. We do this to ensure a "paper trail" and that no customer requesting a cancelation is missed.
If you have an account with one of our reseller partners and cancel with them, you still need to cancel directly with Showcase IDX. We don't get any notifications from our partners.
