Whether you're re-evaluating your financial situation and cutting costs, or simply are not utilizing the Premium features, we offer the ability to downgrade your account if your Premium plan does not suit your current needs.
In order to downgrade your account, you must send us an email request to do so. You can send that to email@example.com. We typically require that the account owner, or an admin on the account, contact us to make this change.
Our staff will respond to your request and make the change to your account in a timely manner. Your next invoice will reflect the change and automatically adjust itself to reflect any prorated amount from the bill paid the previous month.
