How do I know which plan I'm on?

If you are not the admin on the account, you would not be able to identify if you are subscribed to Premium or Essentials. We recommend contacting the account owner for information about the account.


If you are an admin on the account, you can easily identify which plan you are on.

Navigate to and select BILLING.



On the page, you should see "Current Plan". 



Standard refers to the Essentials plan. Premium refers to the Premium plan. This will also identify if you are paying monthly or yearly.

You will also see the status of your plan, whether you are Active, Past-Due, Unpaid or Cancelled.
