You can find your Plan/Subscription information in your Account Command Center, under the Billing tab, if you are an Admin-level permissions on the account.
If you are not the Admin on the account, you would not have access to the Billing tab. We recommend contacting the account owner for information about the account.
Current Plan Details
If you're looking to find what plan you're on, navigate to the Billing tab. On the page, you should see "Current Plan".
There are two plan options available:
Standard refers to the Essentials plan.
Premium refers to the Premium plan.
The Current Plan section will also identify if you are paying Monthly or Yearly.
You will also see the status of your plan, whether you are Active, Past-Due, Unpaid, or Cancelled.
- If your Account Status is either Past-Due or Unpaid, please update your credit card to get your account back to Active status
- If you'd like to Cancel your account, please review our Cancellation policy and instructions
- If your account is currently canceled and you wish to reactivate your account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as you will likely need to do MLS paperwork again
How to Upgrade to Premium
If you're currently on the Standard/Essentials plan, you can upgrade by clicking the blue "Upgrade to Premium" button. This will automatically upgrade you to the Premium Plan. Your next invoice will reflect the change and automatically adjust itself to reflect any prorated amount from the bill paid the previous month.
How To Downgrade to Essentials
In order to downgrade your account, you must send us an email request to do so. You can send that to email@example.com. We typically require that the account owner, or an admin on the account, contact us to make this change.
Our staff will respond to your request and make the change to your account in a timely manner. Your next invoice will reflect the change and automatically adjust itself to reflect any prorated amount from the bill paid the previous month.
