If you misplaced or forgot your password, you can navigate to admin.showcaseidx.com and use the Forgot Your Password? link. You should receive an email from email@example.com with instructions to reset your password.
Note that you will need to use the correct email address associated with your account. You will not receive a link via email to reset to a different email.
If you are already logged into your admin account and wish to change your password, you can navigate to the Users section of your admin, select your user and use the password field to update your password.
Note that you will only be able to access the Users section if you are an admin-level user. If you do not have full admin rights, you will need to use the Forgot Your Password on the login screen, or request a password update from the account admin or Showcase IDX Support (firstname.lastname@example.org).
