If you are not the admin on the account, you will not have access to the Billing tab. We recommend contacting the account owner for information about the account.
Activate Your New Subscription by Entering a Credit Card
If you've been trialing our product and are ready to activate your subscription, this can be done by accessing and completing your Billing tab. You will not receive a separate invoice. You won't be billed until after your trial has ended.
- Billing Frequency: You can choose to be billed yearly or monthly. We recommend choosing the yearly option as you will save two months worth of premium and only be invoiced for 10 months of service instead of 12 months.
- Choose Your Plan: To activate your account, you must choose your plan- either the Premium plan or Essentials. You've been trialing our Premium product. To learn more about the plan differences, click here.
- Enter Credit Card: Enter the credit card number you wish to be billed, accept the Terms of Service, then click "Activate Subscription"
Billing Page Won't Load
If your Billing page won't load, it's likely that your trial has expired long enough ago that your account has been cancelled and you no longer have access to this. Please reach out to our team to activate your account.
We accept the following credit cards, we cannot accept personal or business checks:
